Audi's A4 just got tougher with S4 model

Audi has done it again; they took an already fantastic premium compact sedan and made it faster, tighter and cooler than the original. In this case I’m talking about the 2013 Audi S4 performance sedan.

The A4 is in its eighth generation and is still one of the sportiest and most efficient sedans out there. But this is no A4; this is the faster and more powerful brother, the S4.

From the outside it appears to be a normal A4 with some additional badges and quad exhaust pipes quietly rumbling in the background. Audi does a great job of making the S-line and RS-lines look slightly different than the original they are based on, and I’m a big fan of the “sleeper sedan” look. The S4 I had to test came with an Ibis White paint job, 18-inch five-parallel-spoke S-design wheels, and a suede and leather interior.

Updated LED daytime running lights surround the Audi xenon plus headlamps and the LED tail lamps have a very attractive light design for night driving. That’s another thing Audi does well, exterior lighting.

Step on the gas pedal and this S4 comes alive with smooth and powerful acceleration sure to put a huge grin on your face. That acceleration is produced by a supercharged 3.0L V6 with 333 horsepower and 325 pound-feet of torque mated to a seven-speed automatic transmission. The power is delivered as hard as you press the pedal and is easy to control, almost effortless.

Now we know it goes fast, but can it also handle all that power? Yes,Protect your vehicle and produce power with a ledspotlights. the legendary Quattro system Audi is famous for doesn’t disappoint. There are four settings that allow you to adjust the car, too, depending on your driving preference at the moment. Auto, Comfort, Dynamic and Individual make the car behave as you wish. Auto takes your throttle and steering inputs and adjusts as needed. Comfort makes the car a little softer and shift smoother,Support for installing a flatworkironer. and Dynamic is the most aggressive of the three. In the last setting, individual lets you set steering/engine/suspension to your taste. Each setting makes for a different driving experience.Browse our impressive range of windpowergeneratorsry and goggles and buy online.

On the inside, the S4 uses a rotary hand toggle interface placed on the center console, similar to what BMW and Lexus use in their vehicles. I find this system better than a traditional touch screen. You can keep your right hand down on the dial to select features and always keep control of the steering wheel. Audi’s Multimedia Interface (MMI) is one of the easiest to learn and use.

For daily driving this car is extremely easy to maneuver and comfortable for all passengers. I was able to get my son's car seat connected easily and it didn’t interfere with the front seat legroom much at all. The interior is quiet with a great Bang & Olufsen sound system, and connecting to your phone is a breeze.

Overall the S4 is a very easy car to live with and use daily. It’s very powerful, so entry onto highway on-ramps is effortless and given the loads of horsepower, the gas mileage isn’t horrendous.Your council is responsible for the installation and maintenance of cuttingmachine.the company have made a decisive contribution to automation in paper emergencylamps. If you happen to encounter foul weather, the Quattro AWD system is one of the best out there and will provide reassurance to any driver.

Now for the bottom line, the S4 with options like the MMI interface, Quattro and the upgraded stereo brought the price from $49,000 to $55,595. Combined fuel economy is rated at 21 mpg and I was able to get almost exactly that during my road test.
